The basics
The questions that come up at every counter, answered once. Anything about one store — its parking, its neighborhood, today’s deals — lives on that store’s own pages.
- What do I need to bring?
- A valid government-issued photo ID showing you are 21 or older. Medical patients 18 and older can shop with a valid physician's recommendation plus ID.
- What payment do you take?
- Debit and cash at all four stores. Credit cards mostly do not work for cannabis purchases — a card-network rule across the industry, not a store choice.
- What happens on a first visit?
- Check in at the door with your ID, then take your time. A budtender can walk you through the menu or you can browse on your own — no minimum, no rush. First visits take a few extra minutes for check-in, so build that in if you are on a schedule.
- How does order-ahead pickup work?
- Order on the menu for your store, wait for the ready notification, then bring the photo ID matching the name on the order. You pay in store when you pick up.
- Do you deliver?
- Our own drivers run from Belmont, to the Peninsula towns listed on that store's page. San Francisco, Santa Rosa and Ukiah are pickup only. Zones, minimums and fees live on each delivery page as dispatch confirms them.
- Is everything lab tested?
- Yes. California law requires every product on a licensed shelf to pass testing at a state-licensed lab, and every batch carries a certificate of analysis. Ask at the counter if you want to see the COA for something you are buying.
- Can I return or exchange something?
- State rules limit what can be returned once it leaves the store. Defective products are handled case by case, so bring it back with your receipt and ask at the counter.
- Can medical patients under 21 shop?
- Yes — medical patients 18 and older with a valid physician's recommendation and government ID can shop at all four stores.
- How much can I buy in a day?
- California caps an adult-use purchase at 28.5 grams of flower, 8 grams of concentrate and 6 immature plants per day. The concentrate limit counts the cannabis extract inside a product, not the product's weight, so a normal edible order barely touches it. - How do I choose my store on this site?
- Pick a store at the age check, or any time from the store chip in the header. Menus, deals and shop links then follow that store, and the choice is remembered on your device.
- How can I check a store's licence?
- Every store's California retail licence number is in the footer of each page and on the About page. The Department of Cannabis Control runs a public licence search where anyone can look it up.
- Do you ship, or deliver outside your zones?
- No. Cannabis bought here stays in California and cannot be mailed. Pickup is at all four stores, and delivery runs from Belmont to the zones listed on that store's page.
